They needed tightening upon arrival but they are comfortable, super grippy, and I love that they have the offset rather than the rosette being directly mounted to the grip. Lets it stick off the camera a bit for more space. Bonus function : kickstand when setting the camera down to keep it from tipping. Pair this with the quick rosette adjuster from Tilta.
