It was a pleasant surprise when it came to assembly. The directions were clear and very easy to follow. The hardware was broken down to what was needed for each step. Each section of directions had a separate section of hardware divided up neatly. I wish all products with assembly would follow this set up. Great job. Ill write an updated review down the road after its been used for a while to see how it holds up. Now that I've had it for a lil while i have to say the quality is great. No regrets on the purchase. For a home gym i recommend it. I got rid of my 2 benches i had and replaced them with this and a flat bench. Now i have more space and can do alot more with my gym space. Bought it mainly for the cable attachment and it delivers on my expectations. It's a beefy set up compared to others I've seen. If i had a bigger spot I'd save up for a 2nd one.Bought for my 16 year old son. He loves it. Was easy to put together and it’s sturdy. He has enjoyed working out on it.I am very happy with this purchase. It works well and allows me to do a full body workout. I only have three complaints. First, the dip bars are too far apart and I am unable to use them for dips. I am a small build female; 5’4 and 124lbs.I use one of them to store my resistance bands.The second complaint is that the locking pins for the band poles broke immediately before I even used them. I ordered a pack of a different style on Amazon for about $10.The final complaint is that shipping took almost 3 weeks. I’m not used to that being an Amazon prime member. I can be impatient at times; so be prepared to wait.Other than this, the pulley system works well, it’s was straightforward to put together, came in two large heavy boxes (both of mine arrived in the same shipment). And I’m really glad I made the purchase.I was debating between this and the Mikolo but decided on this one because you can move the weight plate holders around and allows for more versatility.I will say you get a lot for your money. For my purposes, I think this will work well. Not up to commercial standards, but adequate for home use. Assembly was easy enough, though the instructions were terse. Anyone with a bit of mechanical inclination could get it together, I think.A few little quibbles: Once together, it is a bit wiggly side-to-side: I'm considering fabbing up some plate steel corner braces to stiffen it up. I'm 6' tall and I feel a bit crowded height-wise. Anyone with a couple of inches on me would find it unusably short. The pedals for the row station interfere a bit while moving around in the cage or positioning a bench -- I wish they were removable instead of welded on. The main steel pieces seem put together well enough, but the minor hardware (chains, caribiner clips) does not inspire confidence -- I'll probably replace those bits with heavier duty U.S. made hardware.Just put it together, seems sturdy but I cage wobbles, so I need to find something to put underneath one of the legs. The safety bars don't latch properly, where they connect to the uprights is made too tight where it clamps on so I have to struggle to get the safety bar connected to the upright and need a hammer to get it off the upright. Makes it hard to move them for different exercises. The pulley system is a little "sticky". I haven't used it with weights yet but just setting it up and trying to operate it, the cable slipped off once already and is tough to operate. Might suggest buying/applying some silicone to the cables for ease of movement.The product works! It is competitive with all the other marketed products in its price scale and should be regarded as one of (if not) the best in on price scale. The size of the cage function very good with only a few exceptions which I've documented in the photos attached; the pull up bar is difficult to use from the inner cage because of the width between the cable pull down handled and the inner bar; the cable pull system has a few inches of extra cable making it seem loose but this does not prevent functionality; while using the squat rack (againt the cable pull down system) my head will bump into the double wheels for the cables (I'm 5'10) which makes picking the weight up off the rack a bit odd; and last but not least, I received a rear column that was cut with holes for the front column. I had to wait a extea two weeks to assemble the cage because of this error made by the manufacturer. Even though the cage has some flaws, it is recommendable to people on a buget seeking to get a competitive problem with all the extra components.
