Very Sturdy an Heavy for the 48" unit (80 lbs). Directions (user manual) difficult to access and missing steps to secure the folded walls to the base. Hardware missing to secure the folded walls to the base. They dropped 3" bolts without nuts into the box that is needed to secure the base and side walls.The casters are difficult to install with the supplied wrenches (2) the wrenches bend. Use your own tools to installI would buy this unit again. BUT sad about the cheap tools, missing parts and poor user manual. This is made in CHINA!!!We got this crate, because we wanted something big enough for both our boys. They love being together and we wanted them to have room, and not be squished in. They always seem to get in and go to their respective sides, but when get home ... sometimes they have switched sides, and sometimes they are together on the same side. This crate is super sturdy, and I like the fact that it has a tray ... just in case of an accident. I have seen other crates this size for upward of $2000, which is completely ridiculous. I highly recommend this crate!! Absolutely worth every penny!!I have 2 German Shepherds 80 plus give or take in weight. They both fit in the crate with plenty of room to spare. I did have some damage from shipping but nothing serious for me to send it back. A small dent on the bottom rail. It is very easy to put together 4 bolts. The hardest part was lining up the top to put 2 screws in other than that my dogs haven't broke out yet. They destroyed a few crates and so far they haven't broke this yet. Hopefully I don't have to change this review but with a few days in so far so good.The crate is sturdy metal and big enough for my tall 95 lb GSD to stand in or lay down. Two concerns are the lever under the door that holds the wire tray in place is flimsy and easy to bend and move. His first time in the crate he was able to get the entire wire tray out by bending the lever that holds it in place. The other concern is the four bolts that stick straight out from the front of the crate (see photo). Shouldn’t there be something to cover them so no one gets injured?I just rescued a new 55+ lb dog, she was living wild on the streets for a month - needless to say she is taking time to readjust to home life. She wrecked my previous dipped wire framed portable crate, she has major separation anxiety.But this new crate is rock solid, I can breathe deeply about no more household damage.This crate is hollowed steel bars, substantial but not cumbersome due to the wheels.I totally recommend this crate to anyone who has new rescues or a powerful dog that requires a secure safe space.The kennel itself isn’t actually indestructible so they do need to adjust the title a bit. My dog is a high anxiety, destructive separation anxiety kind of boy. He was able to remove the metal floor grate and break the black plastic part while hurting his face, almost breaking his leg, and tearing up the carpet under the kennel in the process. I did request a refund so that I may find a more durable kennel that my dog wouldn’t hurt himself in however - the seller did attempt to get to an immediate resolution of replacing the part that my dog broke. Unfortunately it wasn’t in stock but I was able to be compensated for the part. 5/5 customer service but I’d have to say 3/5 for the product itself if you have a destructive separation anxiety ridden pup.If he hadnt almost broken his leg the review may have been higher but my family’s safety will always come before anyone else.This crate is first rate! Very heavy duty and well made. It is hinged on 3 sides, 4 bolts included to set it up on the front panel. It is also very heavy but that is not a negative, just FYI when you lift the box it comes in, you'll need help! Once the wheels are on, it's easy to move anywhere. All hardware and tools needed to assemble it are included and it is simple and quick to put together! The only draw back for my 65# Aussie/Border mix is the wire crate bottom, I prefer the solid bottom of a tray, but this is set up for the tray to catch accidents below the wire floor of the crate. I was planning to put his 42 by 30 inch bed in it anyway, so he is not walking on a wire bottom because his bed fills the crate. However first time we left Casey in crate, he got anxious and was able to move the wire floor half out of it's slot. We fixed that by using large cable ties to secure wire floor to crate so it could not move. It came with not a scratch on it!This is a very good dog cage but it does have some weak points. The locks on the door can be damaged. The solution to that is to find some heavy duty clips for the door as a backup. The lock for the pan is flimsy but the dog doesn't have access to it. That's okay. Being a dog boarder one thing should be noted. The injuries seen in the review section to a dog's nose is called kennel nose. Never leave your pup in for extended periods of time.
