I bought these 6 ft. stakes to work with the Idoxe stake arms and they are working very well together as tomato cages. Some wrote about the stakes bending when pushing into the ground, but perhaps their soil is dry and compact. I have a plot at a community garden and the soil tends to be sandy though I have amended it with compost. The stakes went into the soil smoothly even the ones I put in upside down. I held the stakes toward the bottom while pushing them in the ground and didn’t have any breakages. I’ve been very please so far with my purchase.I was so tired of using wooden stakes that eventually rotted on the bottom. These are strong & nice length for a small garden. Should last for years.Combined these with the snap on arms that go between the poles. My garden plants climbed right up. These are sturdy and the "rough" spots on the poles help the plants climb and arms stay in place. Very happy.Light weight great for peppers not much else.I use these for so many purposes! I use them to brace up tomato plants, raspberry bushes, lilac bushes, young young trees, etc. My most recent use is to mark off the border of my yard and drive way for the winter months so my snow removal company knows where to plow. One hint, you cannot put all your pressure at the top of the pole because you may break them. Use a good pair of gripping gloves and grab hold of the pole about half way down to maneuver it into place.Needed to put up a quick fence for ducks at an affordable rate. While I work on the rest of the lot. Serves my needs well, and more sturdy then I thought they would be based on the pictures and product details. Im very satisfied customer.I like the height for what I wanted them for. I wish I had known I would also need clips to hold the security screens in place but you live and learn. I've ordered the clips and they are on the way.Saw they were only 6 bucks. Snagged thdm up. Good for small plants or just holding something up
