I was looking for a training shoe that I could wear while working out on my Tonal. I see a lot of trainers wearing shoes, but I just didn’t know where they get them from. The stores are limited. My running shoes and walking shoes don’t feel good for that purpose. I called my niece who is a Tonal trainer and she recommended York Athletics. She says they all wear them. I could figure out my size by following instructions on their Web site and they fit perfectly. The only thing I don’t care for, is they are a bit hard to get into, but I use a shoehorn and it’s all good. Maybe after they are worked in a bit more, they’ll be fine. They do support my ankle being a little higher though. Time will tell. Light weight and stable. I’m happy!
